At Jaynes, we don’t believe finding a wedding dress should feel like a shopping trip. It should feel like an occasion. That distinction is built into everything we do — from the pre-appointment consultation where your stylist learns your brief before you arrive, to the moment you step into a boutique that’s been prepared specifically for you.
We’ve been dressing brides from Sleaford, Ruskington, Heckington, and the surrounding villages for over 40 years. The Lincolnshire countryside around Sleaford is home to some exceptional wedding venues, and brides marrying locally often find that Lincoln — 20 minutes up the A17 — is the natural place to find a dress that matches the occasion.
Our collection features designer houses including Pronovias, Morilee, Justin Alexander, Martina Liana, Stella York, Madi Lane, and Calla Blanche. Every gown is chosen by hand and stocked because it offers something the others don’t — silhouette, fabrication, or a detail that makes it worth the journey.
We also carry a designer sample sale with gowns from £699 that are available to take home the same day — ideal if your date is closer or you’d prefer not to wait for an order to arrive.
Appointments are by arrangement, 90 minutes for a standard booking or two hours for our VIP experience. We ask for up to three guests — enough for the people who matter, without the noise of a committee.

The A17 from Sleaford into Lincoln is a pleasant, straightforward drive. Allow 20–25 minutes. Free parking is available at Waitrose on Tentercroft Street on a Saturday morning if you arrive before 10am; the nearest paid option is NCP Tentercroft Street, 5 minutes from the boutique on foot.
Reserve a private two-hour appointment. The kettle is on, something sparkling is chilling, and there is a dress with your name on it.
